Keep good in your heart and ambition in your mind. Do your good works and forget who's watching. Share love, which is a major piece of the game of life. Remember that the energy that you give is that you will receive. Discard the negative. Focus on the positive.
See, you have to understand that you can not start at the finish line. Life is a journey, and not a destination. We often get caught up in chasing EVERYTHING from money, to status, to even love and acceptance.
What we often miss is that we do not appreciate all of the overcoming and conquering that the journey provide. A simple training of the mind to give thanks for each mile of your life’s journey and all the accomplishments it has taken to get there, changes everything!
Let us look past 2020 and not focus on all that we have endured. Instead, allow yourself to be filled with the gratitude of overcoming it all. Let us not dwell on all of the challenges that we have faced.
